Toilers is planned as the first beer fully brewed on Sark. It will be a bold American IPA with citrus, pine and a generous hop character.

The name draws on Victor Hugo’s Toilers of the Sea, honouring his Channel Island legacy and the hard-working people who shaped Sark.
